AutomatedVideoBlog.com only provide setup services for Automatic Video Blog website, only clients who have purchased our service at AutomatedVideoBlog.com and agree to the terms of this EULA can use our product.
This EULA is a CONTRACT between you and AutomatedVideoBlog.com service provider which covers your use of the products that accompanies this EULA. Software(Premium Themes, Plugins and Web Element) licenses, issued to a designated domain(by domain owner) only by AutomatedVideoBlog.com, is required for each website build unless it stated otherwise.
A software license(Themes, Plugins and Web Element) is required for the installation of website by AutomatedVideoBlog.com , by explicitly accepting this EULA or by purchasing our service, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms outlined below:
LIMITED DOMAINS. Purchasing AutomatedVideoBlog.com service only grants you the license for one website per-installations.
NO RIGHT TO TRANSFER. This license is non transferable, you may not re-sell this product(website build by AutomatedVideoBlog.com) or any of the code included in any way. You must not lease, rent, re-distribute the product to any party without the developers prior written consent and approval.
SELLING WEBSITES/DOMAINS USING THE PRODUCT. If you to sell a full website (domain, content, visitors) build by AutomatedVideoBlog.com, you must to inform your client that he is allowed to use the product in this domain only. He will need to buy a new license under his/her name in order to get support and receive updates.
WITHOUT WARRANTIES YOU ACCEPT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT “AS IS” AND AutomatedVideoBlog.com MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE, PERFORMANCE, EARNING OR OTHERWISE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE DEVELOPERS OF AutomatedVideoBlog.com HOLD NO LIABILITY OVER DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE PRODUCTS USE , INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.
